Thank you for choosing First Title Company for your real estate transaction! You can schedule to close at our office, or we can help arrange a remote closing to accommodate you where you are.
To make sure we receive your contract, list us as your escrow agent and title company in your purchase contract. On the commonly used TREC One to Four Family Residential Contract, you'll need to fill out items 5 and 6 as shown below.
Once all parties have signed, bring the contract and earnest money to us at 4 S. Koenigheim St. in San Angelo.

5. EARNEST MONEY AND TERMINATION OPTION:
A. DELIVERY OF EARNEST MONEY AND OPTION FEE: Within 3 days after the Effective Date, Buyer must deliver to First Title Company (Escrow Agent) at 4 S. Koenigheim St., San Angelo, TX 76903 (address): $1,000.00 as earnest money and $100.00 as the Option Fee. The earnest money and Option Fee shall be made payable to Escrow Agent and may be paid separately or combined in a single payment.
6. TITLE POLICY AND SURVEY:
A. TITLE POLICY: Seller shall furnish to Buyer at Seller’s Buyer’s expense an owner policy of title insurance (Title Policy) issued by First Title Company (Title Company) in the amount of the Sales Price, dated at or after closing, insuring Buyer against loss under the provisions of the Title Policy, subject to the promulgated exclusions (including existing building and zoning ordinances) and the following exceptions
