Learn about the First Title Company team.
First Title Company is one of the oldest abstract and title insurance companies in the Concho Valley, established in 1901.

Our abstract and title plant dates back to sovereignty of the soil when the first deeds of conveyance were issued from the Republic or State of Texas.

The company was purchased in 1978 by Greg Gossett and George Harrison, incorporated under the current name of Tom Green Title Company doing business as First Title Company. In subsequent years Mr. Gossett and Mr. Harrison (retired) have been joined by Paul Millican (retired), Paul Stipanovic, Wes Giesecke and Amy Zetzman.

We work with four long-established, highly respected title insurance underwriters: First American Title Insurance, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
